What is polarity ?
Created by Dr. Randolph Stone, polarity arose from occidental disciplines (osteopathy, naturopathy, neurology) and oriental disciplines (acupressure, ayurvedic medecine, element and chakre theory). No oil is used. Polarity aims to harmonize the energetic circulation in the body. Light, medium and/or deep pressures are used to relate specific points and so to affect the energy currents and the magnetic poles. To receive a polarity treatment is a subtle way to relax, to listen to one self and touch the essential. When the energy moves freely, a person is in contact with their full life potential.
